Here is one of my lovely snapping turtles as she walks. I too her out on a sunny summer day and let me tell you - she really did enjoy it!
She also made a couple of friends - two people walked by and it really blew their mind to see a 'domesticated' tame snapping turtle!
It is always a good idea to take out your turtles for some exercise when the weather allows it, and some sunshine can only be beneficial to them.
